FAQ

1. Is epoxy safe for food contact?

This project uses just food-safe epoxy. The solid form of this epoxy resin has been certified by the European Union to be non-toxic.

2.If I order a table, will it be the same as in the picture?

However, it is not feasible to produce an exact copy, but it is possible to get quite near. It’s important to remember that each piece of wood is unique in terms of colour, texture, and shape. Photography is but one example of the possibilities that lie ahead. The end result is an original piece of art.

3.Is it possible to create the color of epoxy, as in the photo?

There is a chance. The thickness of the tabletop and the amount of epoxy, for example, will both influence the final product’s deviance.

4.Do you give a guarantee?

Wine, coffee, tea, and other liquids will not discolour the coating, we guarantee it. However, because scratches and cuts can occur even on metal, we cannot guarantee that the tables will be scratch-free.

5. What explains the high prices? I saw cheaper competitors.

As a first step, we employ more expensive materials, which improve the quality of our products. Secondly, we provide our consumers a level of service that our competitors just can’t compete with. As a third benefit, you’re paying for a company that doesn’t cut corners on quality in order to save money.

6.What are the stages of making the table?

Slab selection and cleaning (manual) —> epoxy resin filling —> CNC —> calibration —> grinding —> coating —> installation of legs —> quality control —> delivery..

7. How to clean and care for the surface of the table?

Just like with any hardwood table, keeping epoxy resin goods clean is as simple as washing your hands after using them.

To avoid any stains, it’s best to use a SOFT clean cloth to wash down the tables and then pat them dry. You may also use a soft cloth to buff it. However, you should never use abrasive sponges or hard brushes.

  1. Wooden objects using epoxy resin, like other wood products, should only be used inside. Even if the table is in use on a temporary basis on a patio or balcony, make sure to bring it in at night for safety reasons.

2. Epoxy materials should be kept out of direct sunlight. The vivid colours of the table may fade if left out in the sun for an extended period of time. However, in the near term, it poses little danger.
If you follow all the care and maintenance instructions, your table will preserve its distinctive beauty and functionality. However, the primary benefit of your table is that it is repairable at our facility. Because of this, it will serve you for many years to come.
